representations of age in the media   Age is represented in a number of ways in the media I will be looking at how the media represent young people i.e. teens and young adults. and I will also be looking at how the media represent older people meaning people aged 50 plus. I will be looking at the representation sin the trailer for the film "Dirty Grandpa".     In this trailer young people are shown to be represented as being reckless and carefree as there is a close up shot of Zac Effron smoking weed whilst at a party. This shows that the media views young people as not being very responsible and seem to not car very much about the law. This creates the ideology that young people should break the law and not take rules in to consideration.
